This album was composed and recorded with a therapeutic intention. It was a release from a period of different happenings in life and many musical transformations. It is all about the inner self and the healing of one. The connection of one and it's message to the world through an artistic mean. It's a very truthful musical message.

TaCatarinaTen é um disco repleto de emoções e experiências vividas numa década preenchida de mudanças. Fica aqui o registo com tinta musical de todos esses momentos. Este é um disco intimo, largamente pensado e trabalhado como se de filigrana se tratasse.

O primeiro objetivo foi já cumprido, passar para a música as emoções vividas através da composição, improvisação e trabalho colectivo . O segundo objetivo é apenas a esperança de que o ouvinte atento entenda na música de alguma forma estas emoções sentidas na década passada.

Este é o segundo disco de Nuno Campos como compositor e líder de um projeto 10 anos depois do anterior premiado disco gravado em trio pela prestigiada editora Fresh Sound New Talent em Barcelona com músicos da cena local.
